Once again, Macy’s Culinary Council is offering us a great opportunity to get up close and personal with some of America’s most well-known chefs.  Rick Bayless will be demonstrating some delicioso recipes from his new cookbook, Fiesta at Rick’s, at the Old Orchard Mall in Skokie this Saturday, August 28th.  You’ll also get to sample some of the featured dishes!  Chef Bayless will be signing copies of his new cookbook following the demo.
